Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
No human intervention is required to operate AGV systems. They are able to work continuous shifts (24/7) and charge the battery without outside intervention. AGVs automatically collect, transport and place loads in the desired positions according to predefined requirements.
The risk of an accident caused by AGVs can be ruled out, as it stops as soon as movement is detected within the zone controlled by the sensors. Its maintenance cost is minimal, because it performs the same tasks within the permissible speed limits, so its service life can be up to 25-30 years!
AGVs are controlled using MAX software. It is a Windows-based system that is user-friendly and can be connected to the customer’s existing ERP system (e.g. SAP, Movex). Max Client enables easy 3D monitoring of the system, quick and efficient retrieval of statistics, reports and diagnostics. If required, when a problematic event occurs, Max software will send you an alert, either by email or text message to your phone.
