TCM PAL pallet trucks models
Engineered for extreme manoeuvrability and non-stop performance in the most challenging environments, the high performance PAL offers a fully pedestrian pallet truck or with a ride-on foldable platform and is designed for lower energy consumption to be ultimately environmentally-friendly without compromising efficiency.
Its robust construction offers durability in all working conditions and is perfectly suited to loading/unloading, internal transport and general warehousing duties including low-level order picking.

In addition to the PTF pallet truck, which has a foldable platform, we now offer two more fixed platform versions. All three help you increase handling efficiency, safety and operator comfort. These pallet trucks complement the existing product range and offer additional possibilities with the help of optional extra equipment and battery types (mini, junior, senior – 24V 240-600 Ah).
It is characterized by maximum flexibility, as the PTF type with foldable platform allows the operator to use it in stand-up or pedestrian mode according to the task. This results in more efficient work, as the modes can be changed quickly (fold up and down).
For order picking workers who need to complete tasks as quickly as possible, the pallet trauck must be stable and safe. With these needs in mind, the PTF type was designed. The patented TDS system constantly provides maximum drive wheel traction regardless of load weight. Rear stability caster wheels are equipped with integrated shock absorption and variable damping that will automatically adjust depending on driving conditions, maximizing truck stability at all times.
Optional ASR (active spin reduction) will further enhance drive wheel traction and truck stability in slippery and wet floor conditions. This protection against shocks and vibrations extends the life of the truck. Damped platform increases operator comfort and increases productivity. If the protected platform best meets your needs, you can choose from two new fixed-platform options: PTP/R with rear entry and PTP/S with side entry.

TCM PTP/R back entry with foot protection
On PTP/R (rear entry platform), a foot protection sensor alerts you when the operator’s foot is not fully on the platform. If this happens, the machine slows down to reduce the risk of injury.
All three types are economical, have low operating and service costs.

LLS sit-on pallet trucks
The LLR and LLS are engineered for medium to long distance travel and for medium to high intensity work patterns. The LLR boasts a 10% smaller footprint* than other pallet trucks in its class. The LLS has an AST of only 2.5 m. Both models offer a choice of 2 and 3 tonnes capacity.
