The FB/FTB-4 series is the latest update to our range of electric counterbalanced forklifts. With a wide range of advanced features and applications, it is a great choice for those looking for an agile, intelligent and durable vehicle. This type is also designed in such a way that the characteristics of the truck can be easily adapted to the needs of the driver.
Advanced ergonomics
The new 48V electric forklift features special features designed to optimise efficiency, comfort and safety, making it versatile and cost-effective. The new truck is available with capacity of 1400, 1600, 1800 and 2000 kg, including standard and long-wheelbase forklift versions, which guarantees that the operator can perform his task at the highest level and with the highest productivity.
The ergonomic design greatly contributes to vehicle comfort; The fingertip-operated hydraulic controls are located on the adjustable armrest to provide perfect anatomical support and freedom of movement for the operator. FB/FTB pedals are designed and positioned to reduce strain on the operator’s body, regardless of the driver’s height or foot size.

Innovative design
With a spacious operator compartment, a long-handled grab bar and a smooth curved side panel, the driver can access and exit the cabin confidently. The extended seat and steering column adjustability work to facilitate a healthy driving position and bespoke comfort..
Through an inclined and narrow dashboard, the high-vision design maximises an operator’s ability to see in front, down and beside them at all times. The driver can steer effortlessly as the truck is enhanced with a one-spoke steering wheel and a steering knob that returns to the ideal ‘8 o’clock’ position to enable effortless steering, control and precision.
360º steering option on the 3-wheel truck enables the operator to efficiently change the truck’s direction in a single, smooth and seamless operation, without stopping. Increases load stability whilst also reducing the truck’s TCO.
Dual drive 4-wheel steering on the 4-wheel truck combined with +100º rear turning axle allows for a smooth change to sideways driving.
2 driving modes are available, ECO ideal for less experienced staff and promoting efficiencies and PRO for more experienced operators. This option greatly increases efficiency.

Power Boost – provides an instant boost in power
Torque Boost – automatically adjusts motor torque to maintain speeds over ramps and inclines.
It is equipped with an extremely quiet hydraulic system and drive units. At high revs, they are quieter than engines in this category. This helps to eliminate rapid operator fatigue and noise stress.
Wide range of customizable control options:
- ErgoLogic multi-function hydraulic control offers up to 10 mast hydraulic functions integrated into one ergonomically designed lever. All controls are placed for intuitive and efficient single-handed operation.
- Dual joystick hydraulic controls – for enhanced control and functionality especially if thick gloves are necessary.
- Tilt levelling – automatically brings forks to a horizontal position.
- Release interlock - to prevent accidental opening if clamp attachment is fitted.
- Operator presence pedal must be gently pressed with the resting foot to operate the truck, ensuring all limbs are safely within the truck when driving.
- Double pedal system with independent pedals each side of the brake pedal for efficient forward and reverse acceleration.
Exceptional stability and governance
Advanced operator support system integrated into the forklift reduces risks during forklift operation.
Curve Control calculates and adjusts speed according to steering angle.
Hill hold and auto parking brake prevents truck from rolling back down a ramp when the accelerator is released, increasing operator confidence.
Load sensing hydraulic system monitors truck, lift, tilt speeds and load weight to automatically make performance adjustments to maintain optimal truck stability at all times.
Transparent dashboard
The dashboard of the forklift, the display is clearly visible from any angle, providing comprehensive information about the condition of the truck. Color-coded messages are at-a-glance and provide optimal assistance for lifting and loading.
Fast and simple battery exchange
Quick release locks +180 degree-opening door aids swift battery exchange and oneglance battery water level checks (lead acid).
Optional sideways battery exchange speeds the change further with a power pallet truck or hand pallet truck.
