TCM SPW/SPR SERIES
The main characteristics of the models
The SPW and SPR pallet stackers, with the shortest chassis on the market, provide low cost, efficient solutions for multiple stacking and order picking applications up to 5400 mm. Ideal for very tight spaces and short to medium distance travel. Choose from load capacities up to 1600 kg. Models with initial lift offer higher intensity double stacking.
World-class ergonomics and robust construction includes specially rounded edges to safeguard personnel and prevent damages, with metal sides to help absorb knocks and a modular format of shared components across the range for economic and rapid availability – all to maximise uptime and ultimately minimise your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Safety in tight spaces
The tiller arm is offset to enable full operation walking alongside (SPW). Sturdy chassis design delivers outstanding manoeuvrability, especially in tight spaces. Easy switchable driver settings: ECO; PERFORMANCE – match to the operator’s skill and experience. High ground clearance (initial lift models) – for ramps and uneven floors, without compromising the view of the forks at all times. Drive unit with drive wheel is placed in the side – improving stability and confidence. Emergency stop switch for fast, immediate cut of power.

The SPD (double pallet) and SPL (single pallet) compact pedestrian stackers, with a width of only 600 mm, provide low cost and efficient solutions for stacking applications up to 2 meters. Ideal for very confined spaces, short and medium distance travel, and swift unloading, picking and replenishing.
Patented, ergonomically-shaped tiller head – effortless control and impact resistant from falling goods with robust IP65 weather protected casing. Patented layout of controls – ensuring rocker buttons are easy to reach and operate with one hand, even with gloves, depending on the operator driving position. Shaped throttle wheel with multiple finger positions when driving – reducing stress and fatigue. Optimised tiller arm height – for excellent visibility over the forks with all operator heights.
