TCM VERY-NARROW-AISLE (VNA) REACH TRUCK
TCM RTS free-range reach truck -
Very-Narrow-Aisle for high shelves
Designed for freight transport in very narrow corridors, the versatile RTS truck with excellent manoeuvrability was built on the chassis of the highly successful Tergo truck chassis. With its 180° rotating fork, the RTS is primarily used in corridors equipped with induction guides and guide rails, but it also does an excellent job in normal warehouses (it works without induction guidance). With a corridor width of 1640 mm and a transport corridor width of 3700 mm, space utilization and storage capacity can be maximised in the warehouse. It can be used for lifting heights of up to 10.35 metres and can be combined with high-lift forklifts, resulting in the best truck for stacking goods working together with the best forklift for lifting goods off the shelf.

TCM VERY-NARROW-AISLE (VNA) REACH TRUCK
The main characteristics of the models
Double-sided loading with swivel fork
With the 180° Swivel Reach fork unit, the operator conveniently rotates the forks to allow placement of goods into the racking on either side of the aisles – instead of turning the truck, the operator turns the forks.
Improved performance with diagonal travelling
Reducing lifting and lowering time by 80%, the VNA truck guidance (rails or wire) allows the operator to safely and legally lift and lower the load while travelling in the aisle.
Rails guidance
The truck is driven by rails or wires guidance recessed into the floor, so the operator only has to concentrate on moving goods. The duty cycle is usually 15-20% faster than with non-guide rail forklifts. Efficiency is further enhanced by the selector, which guarantees fast and accurate access to the right storage level. The operator is assisted by a camera and monitor for a perfect view.
All-in-One Ergologic joystick
With the all-in-one Ergologic joystick, all hydraulic operations can be easily controlled. Thanks to the industry’s most ergonomic design, the operator can assume a position with minimal strain on muscles, ligaments and nerves.
The standard Dynamic Cornering Control (DCC) automatically reduces speed when cornering, combining efficiency with maximum safety.
