The A2 series lithium-battery forklift is a new type of truck, developed by combining the structure of Noblelift’s internal combustion forklifts with the advantages of lithium battery technology. In terms of design, it continues the optimization typical of the electric counterbalance family, while some key components are shared with the internal combustion trucks. The A-series outperforms conventional electric forklifts in overall vehicle performance, ergonomics, reliability, maintenance, outdoor operating capability and load capacity. It is the ideal choice for users working in standard and heavy-duty environments who want to switch from diesel/LPG to electric power.
Innovative solutions
Performance
The standard configuration offers a 15 km/h lift and travel speed, sufficient for most applications where internal combustion trucks are used. The optional H configuration provides 20 km/h lift and travel speed, matching the requirements for internal combustion forklifts. Ground clearance has been increased for better usability; depending on customer needs, the lithium battery capacity can be selected from 135 Ah up to 460 Ah (electric heating is included as standard). The mast has been widened, and the triplex mast optimized for a better field of view. The distance between the fork carriage wheels has been increased, reducing the incidence of mast-related failures. The vehicle body, mast system, steering system, control system and drive axle are shared with the internal combustion trucks.
Appearance
The A-series continues the family’s structural design with a streamlined, stylish shape. The overall look of the truck is clean, compact and robust. Every exposed component is made of metal, durable and reliable.
Safety
The design includes a long wheelbase, which increases the truck’s longitudinal stability and significantly increases load capacity at the same lift height. Reduced load on the rear axle extends steering wheel life. The wide-view mast is fitted with a lowering-damping system to reduce stress on the mast.
Comfort
The ergonomic design increases leg- and headroom for the operator, improves visibility, and the smaller-diameter steering wheel adds comfort. Large step and grab handle make getting on and off the truck easier. The front chassis is a one-piece unit that opens without tools, making daily maintenance and repairs more convenient. The streamlined, integrated bonnet reduces noise levels.
Reliability
Testing standards used for internal combustion trucks have been applied, so reliability exceeds that of conventional electric forklifts. The large tyre design provides stable driving characteristics, making the truck suitable for outdoor work. The electronic control system uses a fan for forced cooling and is positioned away from the hydraulic oil tank, which significantly improves the vehicle’s overall thermal balance. Hydraulic piping is optimally arranged, and pipe connections use 24-degree conical seals to reduce hydraulic leakage.
