The Q series was developed by combining the strengths of the original Noblelift E and N series, delivering high comfort and efficiency for light and medium duty applications. The truck is available with either a lead-acid or a lithium-ion battery. Thanks to its lower centre of gravity and low overhead guard, it is ideal for confined spaces such as containers.

Product details

Multifunction display with fault indication and low battery reminder, offering high, medium and low speed modes. The electromagnetic brake button stops braking in one action, making braking safer and easier. Suspended travel brake system with stepless speed control. Ergonomic hydraulic controls, excellent visibility, right-hand control levers and a steering wheel with knob.

The trucks are equipped with Curtis controllers, and CAN bus technology simplifies diagnostics and troubleshooting. Proven, certified components ensure compliance with international safety standards, together with all documentation required by law.

Optional lithium solution

The truck can also be fitted with a lithium battery, which is maintenance-free and offers fast charging, particularly for light or occasional duty. Lead-acid and lithium batteries are fully interchangeable. Every battery can be diagnosed over CAN using dedicated software: cell balance, number of charge and discharge cycles, current, energy consumption, temperature, individual cell voltages, faults and alarms, and the automatic shutdown timer settings.

4-wheel Li-ion electric counterbalance forklift

The FE4P25-35Q is a cost-effective electric forklift combining the benefits of a traditional internal combustion truck with a lithium-ion electric drivetrain, offering a spacious cab and comfortable handling. The standard configuration uses a lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery, enabling efficient fast charging. Different battery capacities are available: 80V 200Ah as standard, with 80V 300Ah and 400Ah as options.

Standard equipment includes the AC control system, with an optional fleet management system. Standard REMA/Anderson charging connector, with an optional automotive-grade intelligent plug-in high-frequency charging technology available.

The truck shares its layout with internal combustion forklifts, offering a spacious, comfortable working area. The mast system, front and rear axles, and chassis durability are similarly matched. It combines the durability of an internal combustion truck with the design benefits of an electric truck, resulting in a lighter weight and an optimal load centre — improving overall energy efficiency.

Noblelift FE4P40-50Q

4-wheel lithium-ion electric forklift, 4-5 tonnes

The 4-5 tonne lithium-ion electric model of the Q series. The standard configuration uses a lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery with efficient fast charging; battery capacity can be matched to the job, with 80V 412Ah as standard and 80V 554Ah as an option.

The full AC control system is standard, with an optional fleet management system. The standard version charges through a REMA/Anderson connector, with intelligent high-frequency charging technology available as an option. The lithium-ion layout keeps the truck light with an optimised centre of gravity, improving overall energy efficiency.

Lithium performance

Every lithium-iron battery comes with a built-in battery management system (BMS) that handles all critical data during charging and discharging, guaranteeing battery safety throughout its life cycle. The lithium-iron batteries are certified for safe transport by air and sea and for operation. The BMS communicates with the truck control system over the CAN protocol, so the battery can be monitored and diagnosed in software.

Benefits of the lithium battery: fast charging whenever and wherever needed, environmentally friendly operation, maintenance-free and safe running, and a lower total cost of ownership than lead-acid or diesel trucks.
